Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing)
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you choose.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
Velvet Slice is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at velvetslice.original@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Velvet Slice is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.
